Open CPN "Show and Tell"
On Friday, April 22 Club Cruceros sponsored an Open CPN "Show and Tell".
For those that don’t know, Open CPN is open source free chart plotter software for navigation. The charts are free also and crowdsourced.
We called it a “Show and Tell” because it was neither a class nor a workshop, but a chance for experienced users to compare notes and for new users to get information from those with more experience.
Thanks go to Allen Dick of S/V Baja Magic for coordinating the event. With over 30 attendees the popular "Show and Tell" continued with another session one week later on April 29.
